What services do you provide?

We offer a comprehensive list of services but we pride ourselves on offering our care on a bespoke level. Contact us for a no obligation chat.

Why is a consultation needed?

The consultation gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pet(s) as well as learning the house rules (if any). It’s a great time for you to get to know us and ask questions. In addition it gives us an opportunity to clarify any questions we have about your instructions. The initial consultation is free and is required prior to the first service. Also, to receive your two sets of keys and sign Terms and Conditions documents which will be emailed prior to the consultation visit.

Is 28 Paws insured?

Yes, 28 Paws are insured with a specialist animal service insurance company. Certificate of coverage is available upon request.

How are house keys handled?

28 Paws requires two working keys (no exception). House keys must be provided at the initial consultation. If two copies are not provided, we reserve the right to make the necessary copies at the client’s expense. Keys are marked with pet names only and there are no paper records that would ever connect your key to your home. If you live in a gated community, you must provide a gate card, remote or access codes. For the safety of your home, no keys will be mailed by regular mail or hidden outside.

Do you work holidays?

Absolutely! We work on the holidays so that you can enjoy time with friends and family.

What happens during inclement weather?

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In the event of extreme weather, we may modify the time we spend outdoors and then enjoy indoor playtime for the remainder of the visit. Although we use towels ourselves, please be sure to have a towel out on our return so we can clean muddy, wet paws.

Do dogs have to attend on the same days each week?

We work on a nursery system. Basically, your dog will have a reserved space each week on the day/s that you agree on. These do need to be adhered to on same days each week. However, you can add the odd extra day here and there if you need to and we can accommodate. Your set day/s are reserved for you and 100% guaranteed for you every week as long as you choose to use our services.
